As our firm is licensed by the Ministry of Trade, we specialize in providing legal services related to the registration of national companies and branches of foreign companies operating in Iraq, in addition to following up on all procedures related to these companies after their establishment. Our firm is also specialized in organizing the classification licenses of Iraqi contracting companies issued by the Ministry of Planning – Contractors Classification Division and the Iraqi Contractors Union, as well as obtaining trader identity cards from all chambers of commerce in Iraq.
